In general, for adults, take 0.125 to 1 g [2.5 to 20 mg as oxycodone hydrochloride (anhydride)] at a time, 4 times a day (every 6 hours). The dosage may be adjusted according to your symptoms. In the beginning, take 0.125 to 0.25 g (2.5 to 5 mg) at a time, 4 times a day (every 6 hours). If you have been treated with any other analgesic agents, the dosage of this medicine is properly decided with attention to adverse reactions in consideration of the dosage of other agents and the analgesic duration. Furthermore, the dosage is adjusted to provide the appropriate analgesic effect and to minimize the adverse reactions. This product contains 20 mg of oxycodone hydrochloride (anhydride) per sachet. Strictly follow the instructions. You may also take this medicine, if your pain suddenly becomes severe during the treatment with other analgesic agents.
